Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for purchasing study materials from True Turn Learning. Please read this policy carefully. Since we sell non-tangible, digital goods (PDF E-books), we generally do not offer refunds once the product is purchased and the download link is generated.

1. General Refund Rules

All sales are final. As the products are digital files that are instantly accessible/downloadable upon purchase, we cannot accept "returns" of the items.

2. Exceptions

We will issue a full refund only in the following special cases:

  • Double Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same book/combo.
  • Technical Error: If the amount was deducted from your bank, but you did not receive the download link or the product via email even after 24 hours.

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank/Card/UPI) within 5-7 business days.
