Eligibility Criteria For MILMA Recruitment 2024
For the Business Development Executive (Modern Trade and Export) role, candidates must possess an MBA in Marketing, preferably with a Diploma/Certificate in Export Management, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar client-facing role within the FMCG industry. The Digital Marketing Executive position requires an MBA in Digital Marketing or a BSC in Digital Technology, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing, with hands-on experience in SEO/SEM and Google Analytics. The MIS Sales Analyst role requires a Graduation/PG Diploma in Data Analysis and a minimum of 2 years of working experience in an FMCG Company, a large FMCG distributor, CFA, or Super Stockist in Sales MIS Data Management on Excel. The upper age limit for all positions is 40 years as of June 12, 2024.
